About Us

Dr. Tony Abbassi has been practicing Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine for more than fifteen years in acute hospital care settings, Inpatient, and Outpatient . Board Certified in Internal Medicine while affiliated at University of Miami Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Doctor’s Hospital, and South Miami Hospital

We provide immediate care for hundreds of patients each year as well as follow up treatment.

Dr. Abbassi has been my primary doctor since 2004. I am very satisfied with him and his office staff. Dr. A is very thorough and efficient and always goes the extra mile to make a patient feel cared for. He has the best assistants and the very best lab man, Raydel, who can take a quart of blood and you don’t even feel it. I recommend Dr. Abbassi and actually have recommended him to everyone in my family.

I was so sick for almost a year, my husband took me to so many doctors but none of them could say what was happening to me. One day I was taken to ER at UM Hospital , Dr. Abbassi was on call that day , He spoke to my husband and ask all kind of questions then he came to me and said , so how are you doing? I said I felt terrible, and he said to me you are in good hands now, he ordered all kinds of test on me . I left the hospital 4 days after that knowing what I had. Dr Abbassi is the best Doctor.

Let me tell you I have been to many doctors’ offices due to my multiple diagnoses and have never been treated with so much care. Dr. Abbassi is not only an excellent doctor but he is a great person and his staff was great. Yoly, is I think like the supervisor and she was helping out like a little bee, she wouldn’t stop, she seems like she could do every single job in that office and well done because nobody was complaining. Believe me, she knew every single patient and every patient that was there loved her. When I took my medicine to the pharmacy my insurance wouldn’t pay for one of them and all I needed to do was call Dr. Abbassi's office and while waiting at the pharmacy they fixed the problem for me. I’m staying with this doctor because we need more doctors’ office like this one, where we are treated with respect, love and they care for us.

My mom went to see Dr. Abbassi in a very bad shape after a stroke, he has helped her so much and takes care of her with so much love and dedication that she tells everyone that is sick that they should go to her doctor. Im really happy with him and his staff. His wife is so sweet and lovely. Whatever I need they are always there to help. My mom loves her and i really appreciate the way she is with my mom. I would recommend him without a doubt.
